Job Description:

In Accounting & External Reporting we are a team of experts dedicated to ensuring absolute integrity and accuracy of our financial data and reporting, delivering results with speed and data that enables insights for Enterprise Value Creation. This position will provide Accounting support through review and validation of material transactions and processes to increase the accuracy of our financial statements. This position provides the candidate with opportunities to identify, lead, and drive process improvements, while working in a team environment and interact with multiple functions across the organization.

Must have a proven track record in US GAAP. Demonstrated experience in completing complex account analysis and issue resolution are key requirements for the role.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Lead the review of processes and identification of opportunities to initiate process improvements.

  2. Work to ensure standardization of processes and adoption of "best practices" across locations.

  3. Perform audit of material transactions and accruals

  4. Analyze and approve account reconciliations

  5. Support Internal Audit and Internal controls team and BU/HQ management with ad hoc accounting information and analysis.

  6. Leading special projects.

  7. Ensure adherence to Accounting principles, SOX and GAAP

  8. Provide support to team members within Accounting organization

Qualifications

Qualifications:

· B.S. / B.A .Accounting or Finance (Required)

. Minimum 3 years of experience in Accounting/Finance (Required)

· Willingness to travel 5% (Required)

· Strong PC skills in Excel and Word (Required)

· Internal / External Audit experience (Desired)

· General Ledger/SAP knowledge (Desired)
