Purpose of Role
Act as the primary Liaison between US (Sales and Finance), Canada (sales and finance) and Global Revenue
Management team. Lead revenue management projects and partner within NA functions to support ongoing governance
and drive ongoing G2N efficiencies.
I) Act as the primary Liaison between US (Sales and Finance), Canada (sales and finance) and Global Revenue
a) Partnering with Sales and FP&A to pull together materials for monthly governance calls:
Completing the 4-box templates on trade key accomplishments, milestones on projects, and R&Os.
Gross to Net analytics vs PY, vs AC and aligning on key drivers / commentary with NA FP&A for both US and Canada
Leveraging analytics and learning to develop action plans to improve G2N
Linking and supporting Global & Regional teams on on-going governance requirements for Rev Management
b) Maintaining TFSOs across US and Canada
II) Leading Global revenue management projects in the Region i.e. progressing the initiative within each country. This
includes, but is not limited to the following:
Short Term: Gross to Net mapping exercise and manage workshops to facilitate automation of the monthly reporting
Short Term: Harmonizing terminology across US, Canada and Global
c. Longer Term: Scoping and providing key input for any new trade planning and execution tools the Global team
is evaluating. Working proactively with NA BPM and IS teams on implementation plans for NA e.g. fast adapting G2N
changes to U.S. and Canada CPWs. The above would need an individual who is business and systems savvy, is detail
oriented and has a good understanding of Sales/Customers.
III) Staying linked with the Global Capabilities building team as Revenue Management training modules are launched
globally. This includes:
Reviewing training module content and providing NA pov or feedback
Ensuring Global work stream messaging is consistent with NA Region specific training already developed.
Identifying key training participants in NA Sales

Career Experiences Required & Role Implications
BS in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration; MBA preferred
Minimum of 7+ years finance experience
Sales/Trade or Sales Finance experience a plus
Key Leadership / Functional Competencies
Dealing with ambiguity
Financial system savvy (SAP, FiT)
Ability to navigate the P&L
