Purpose of Role

The Site Security Automation Lead (SSAL) is responsible for the Critical Control Network(CCN) based Automation systems in terms of maintaining a constant high level of security against cyber security threads. This covers existing and newly deployed systems as part of Capital projects. He/ she will be actively applying Mondelez Global standards and procedures and is responsible for the ongoing safe state of related systems. This includes regular and mid term activities including financial planning to migrate obsolete systems into a target setup. He /she will actively support FN driven deployments and new line/ equipment deployment in terms of integration.

Main Responsibilities

Is responsible for the following aspects for CCN based Automation/ control systems -for a cluster of plants:

-Responsible for cyber security technology at the plant cluster following Mondelez standards

-Responsible for day to day maintenance site automation within the cluster

-Ensures site is in compliance with company standards for automation, infrastructure (Mondelez standards) and cyber security

-Develops and executes site roadmaps for automation, CCN infrastructure including delivery of shared infrastructure (IDC and CCN components) -Manages 3rd Party Providers

-Issue escalation point for Automation, CCN Automation Infrastructure or cyber security

-Development of site and cluster budgets and management of spending for support, maintenance and lifecycle management in line with the standards

-Coordinates and ensures business involvement during technology lifecycle to support changes/ upgrades/ replacements

-Oversight ensuring any internal or 3rd party resources understand and adhere to standards

-Escalation to regional Automation Lead of desired exceptions or improvement ideas

-Drives cultural change management within the Plant / cluster to embrace cyber security policy/standards applied to control equipment

-Owns the business continuity plan including disaster recovery of CCN systems

-Active participation in global/regional automation & systems development and security communications

-Ensure alignment between local BCP and Enterprise recovery procedures, regarding CCN Automation systems

Career Experiences Required & Role Implications

  1. Automation Technology and Controls experience minimum 3 years

  2. IT / IS infrastructure knowledge used in Automation environment

  3. Experience in major engineering project, project engineer role

  4. Know how in PLC, Scada / HMI programming and maintenance- Preferrabvly Rockwell, SIEMENS

  5. University degree in engineering preferred
