Customer Service & Logistics (CS&L) is where you’ll integrate our end-to-end demand-driven supply chain. Working “from farm to shelf,” you’ll connect plants with customers to deliver best-in-class service in the most efficient way. Your goal will be to have the right products, at the right time, and with the right quantity and quality on the shelf.

To improve and track efficiency of Insights and Solutions Team in order to reduce the reporting workload through harmonization and streamlined reporting to unlock greater on demand capability and flexibility to meet the needs of the business. In addition this position will own a key role in working with stakeholders on new project requests and scoping prioritization, timing and effort required to complete.

Main responsabilities:

Scope "On Demand" Project Work requests for cross functional requirements and provide direction. Work within the BIS team to assure workload and requirements are documented.

Address data issues with BPMs, IT, and functional groups, to find solutions to issues.

Assure Project Tracking Template is updated and key projects are meeting delivery expectations

Vtiger Accuracy & Compliance

Desktop Analytics - Insights to efficiencies

Document and train end users on reports, tools and dashboards

Key Interfaces:

Sales Business Service Manager

Sales Solution Manager

ISC / CS&L Solutions Manager


  • Five to ten years relevant business experience in Data Analytics, Customer Service, Sales, Logistics or related KPI-driven functions

  • Proficiency in analytical tools:

  • Excel – Macros & VBA, Pivot tables, advanced formulas

  • SAP Reporting Tools (BW/BI/Business Objects)

  • Database tools (SQL, Hadoop, Altyrex, Access)

  • Familiarity with data visualization tools (Tableau

  • 1-2 years of experience leading and managing change required

  • Effective presentation skills and ability to present to and influence higher levels of management within the organization

  • College degree required

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet established deadlines

  • Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to apply critical thinking as an approach to solve complex problems.
