Customer Service & Logistics (CS&L) is where you’ll integrate our end-to-end demand-driven supply chain. Your goal will be to have the right products, at the right time, and with the right quantity and quality on the shelf.

Job Description

This position is responsible for North American Logistics Operations strategic analysis to support a broad range of initiatives in the areas of Transportation Planning including: on-time service improvement, Routing Guide maintenance / compliance and entry, productivity, supplier relationship management, carrier tariff management, capacity forecast planning, transportation / distribution capacity management and network design. The position will require a significant amount of technical knowledge of system applications. Additional responsibilities include; Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) generation and monitoring, and Performance issue identification and resolution. The scope of the position will include Mondelēz Finished goods and Inbound Raw Materials & Packaging Supply shipments for the field network and customer deliveries. Objectives are accomplished through rigorous use of internal and external network modeling tools, extensive strategic analysis, project implementation & management, issue resolution, stakeholder alignment and collaboration activities.


1) Adhere to company policy and procedures for carriers and carrier partners

2) Carrier capacity planning, forecasting and execution

3) Technical support and testing of multiple carrier systems Oracle Transportation Management (OTM), Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and EDI carrier transmissions of on time services

4) System maintenance of routing guide and tariff’s

5) Recommends and participate in process improvements

6) Cost savings initiatives and reporting structures to improve service levels as measured by the “On Time Service Report”.
